Pittsburghers of all ages are invited to enjoy an intimate concert of some of opera’s most popular arias. Performed by Pittsburgh Opera Resident Artists at the scenic Hilda M. Willis Amphitheater on Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus. Hosted by Bill Powers. Check back for the list of performers. Five intrepid women established Pittsburgh Opera in 1939; Pittsburgh Opera is viewed as one of the most vibrant opera organizations in the U.S., with a rich artistic tradition, outstanding educational programs, an acclaimed artist-training program, and a progressive outlook toward the future.
