Pittsburgh Steeler, Alejandro Villanueva to Speak at Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh Steeler Alejandro Villanueva will be speaking at Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh, Thursday, February 25 from 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. Alejandro is a West Point graduate who did three tours of duty in Afghanistan as an Army Ranger Lieutenant. After four years he decided to pursue his dreams of playing football in the NFL. After failing to make the Philadelphia Eagles, Mike Tomlin signed him to try-out for the Steelers. He was impressed with the 6'9" man who was saluting during a the National Anthem at a preseason game against the Eagles.
Alejandro made the Steeler's squad this year as a left tackle and earned his first start on October 25, 2015.
