CHESS FOR ADULTS
On Saturday , March 19, from 10 a.m. until noon, and every third Saturday of each month at the same time, join a group of adults who enjoy the strategy and tactics of the game. THE BETTER MOUSETRAP – HOW TO PROTECT IT WITH PATENTS AND TRADEMARKS
Monday, March 21 at 7 p.m., James Porcelli, patent attorney with Webb Law Firm, who will provide, in understandable terms, an overview of patents, trademarks and copyrights, the steps to take to obtain any of these protections and how to know if you need federal protection. Please register.

NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA COAL AND FOLK MUSIC
Jay Smar, an accomplished musician, returns to our area on Monday, March 28 at 7 p.m. to delight his audience with an "acoustic buffet" of traditional American folk songs.
Join us for an evening of foot-tapping pleasure at the Blueberry Hill Park Activity Center in Franklin Park Borough. Registration is required.
INDIAN COOKING CLASS
Our favorite Indian cook, Ann Manchella, will demonstrate the preparation of another tasty vegetarian dish from India on Thursday, March 31 at 7 p.m. Registration is required.
TAX PREPARATION ASSISTANCE
The Library hosts the AARP on Tuesdays and Thursdays through April 14 from 9 a.m. – noon. IRS-trained volunteers will help in preparing both federal and state forms. This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee that everyone needing help can be accommodated on any given day. Please remember to bring all necessary paperwork. A sign-up sheet will be located outside the lower lobby entrance beginning at 7:30 a.m., early arrivals can register and then either wait in their car or return when the library opens.Visit Event Website for More Info
