Nov. 5: Japanese Film Series "Nobody Knows." Presented by Dr. Ishimaru of Slippery Rock University. In a small Tokyo apartment, twelve-year-old Akira must care for his younger siblings after their mother leaves them and shows no sign of returning. 6-9 PM. The Maridon Museum, 322 N. Nov. 7: A Swinging Good Time. SRU Jazz Ensemble and dance students will teach, demonstrate and perform your all-time swing favorites. Nov. 7: Psycho Live @ 55. Watch Alfred Hitchcock’s 55-year-old classic film Psycho (1960) as you never have before, with the live orchestral accompaniment of Bernard Hermann’s groundbreaking film score. Nov. 7: Barbra and Frank: The Concert that Never Was. A sensational tribute to Sinatra and Streisand. Sharon Owens and Sebastian Anzaldo’s incredible team-up tribute to pop culture icons Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra gave Strand audiences goosebumps with delight. 2 PM and 8 PM. $20-25/reserve seating. 119 N.
