Have you ever tried Turkish cuisine? In either case, you should join us to learn more about the cuisine of this interesting culture on Thursday, September 10 at 7 p.m. Gonca Teker will demonstrate the preparation of a tasty vegetable and bulgur salad called Kisir. This salad makes a great side dish with barbecued meat or chicken. Taste samples of the salad and learn what wine or other beverage pairs well with this dish. Please register.
