On-Site Registration for Guinness World Record Announced

In an effort to bring the Guinness World Record for the Largest Jeep Parade back to Butler, Pa., birthplace of the Jeep, the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival will offer on-site parade registration on Friday, June 12 from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the South Butler Township Fire Hall, located at 98 Old Plank Road near Butler County Community College. On-site registration for the parade is $15, credit cards preferred. The Jeep's VIN number is required to register. The parade begins at 2:30 p.m. "Our pre-registration ended on May 17, and since then we have heard from many Jeep owners who still want to be part of the Parade," said Patti Jo Lambert, Festival director. "We're offering on-site parade registration so all Jeep owners can participate. Any Jeep model can be in the parade, including Liberty, Compass, Patriot, Grand Cherokee and more. We urge every Jeep owner to join in the fun and be involved in this history-making event." For more information about the Festival, visit or call 724-234-2291.
