April 24-26: Cranberry Highlands Golf Course Tent Sale & Open House. Join us for our Cranberry Highlands Tent Sale & Open House. We want to thank our loyal customers and welcome new customers to 2015. Merchandise sales, new grill room offerings, job opportunities, and an opportunity to meet the new members of the clubhouse staff. 8AM-7PM. April 25: Fur Ball Gala at Butler Country Club. Enjoy dinner and dancing while you bid on fantastic silent, Chinese and live auction items including great trips, with special guest auctioneer Ron Vodenichar. April 25: Beer Brewing: The Essentials at PorterHouse Brew Shop. Learn the basics of home-brewing including necessary equipment and ingredients to make fine craft beer at home. $10 additional if participants would like to return to learn bottling process and take home (2) 12 oz bottles of beer made in class. Snacks and beer samples included. Must be 21 to participate and bring proper ID to attend. All classes require pre-registration, which ends one week prior to class. 4:30PM-6:30PM. April 30: The Tornado Big Band at Succop Theater. Part of the Local Artists Mini-Series. Support and enjoy our own renowned local musicians. The Tornado Big Band, in its 7th year of performing jazz, rock and classic big band songs, is made up entirely of students in grades seven through 12 from the Butler Area School District. 7:30 PM. $10. 107 College Dr., Butler. 724-284-8505. www.bc3.edu/
