BISHOP DAVID A. ZUBIK TO BLESS AQUINAS ACADEMY OF PITTSBURGH’S NEW MROSS-MCGONIGLE HALL
) Bishop David A. Zubik will bless Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh’s New Mross-McGonigle Hall after celebrating a 10:15 a.m. Mass in the Aquinas chapel on Monday, March 23, 2015. The 22,000 square foot Mross-McGonigle Hall was completed in December of this school year. As a $4.85 million dollar building named after lead donors, the new building consists of 13 classrooms, two state-of-the-art high school science labs and an arts wing. High school students use the building for their academic classes; while students in kindergarten through grade 12 all have classes in the arts wing. Mross-McGonigle Hall was built primarily to provide the needed facilities for Aquinas Academy’s growing student population.
