Presented will be the most current osteoporosis facts that you and your loved ones need to hear, including: risk factors, diagnosis,
treatment (medications and lifestyle) and information on Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Osteoporosis Education Program. Attend to find out if you’re at risk and if so, what you can do about it. . This presentation is open to the public; one need not be a Club member to attend.

On March 20th,from 2:00-3:00 p.m., at Club Julian, PHF presents Craig Doverspike discussing: Keep Your Hands Moving: Osteoarthritis management of the fingers and thumb. This talk will focus on the different types of osteoarthritis that are prevalent in the Hand. The second most popular joint for arthritis in the body is the CMC joint of the thumb!
Attendees will be educated on the conservative management of thumb and finger arthritis through modalities, range of motion, splinting, strengthening and joint protection techniques.
