ADULT SPECIAL PROGRAMMING

It’s not too late to participate in the Cabin Fever Reading Club. Stop at the Adult Reference Desk to pick up a Reading Club booklet. For each book you read in one of the categories, you have a chance to win a gift certificate for a local restaurant or store.
INDIAN VEGETARIAN COOKING
On Thursday, February 12 at 7 p.m., Ann Manchella will demonstrate the preparation of Palak Paneer, a popular North Indian main dish made with spinach and cottage cheese that is served with flatbread or rice. Registration required.
IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT: HOW TO STOP BLAMING AND START CONNECTING IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Laura Roman, relationship coach and psychotherapist, will discuss relationships and their problems, on Monday, February 16 at 7 p.m. She will highlight the ways individuals and couples can discover their strengths, change limiting behaviors and find solutions to past or current problems. ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER: PATHWAYS TO PROGRESS
Are you the parent of a child with diagnosed ADHD or one with attention challenges or generalized learning difficulties?
On Thursday, February 19 at 7 p.m., Dr. Anthony Kovatch of Pediatric Alliance and Dr. Carol Utay, executive director of Total Learning Centers, will explain the newest therapies and interventions, both medical and non-medical, that are helping families with these difficult issues. Please register.
