Mixing the best of Pilates and yoga-inspired moves and adding in some speed, PiYo gives you full throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training - all at once. Use your own body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to burn fat as you redefine every single muscle. Great for all fitness interests, including those recovering from injuries. Just bring a yoga mat (or use one of ours), towel, water, and lots of positive attitude.
