Christy House Tea Room Lunches

The Christy House, a ministry of St. Stephen's Church, has begun its Friday lunch tradition anew for fall. Meals are served in its Tea Room from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each week to up to 60 patrons. The $10 cost for lunch help the nonprofit support women's and children's ministries. Luncheons feature homemade soups, a different salad or bread each week, cookies made by volunteers, coffee, tea and pink lemonade. In the Needles Eye shop, new and seasonal items for sale include jewelry, scarves, vases, centerpieces, needlepoint pillows, candle holders, guest towels, evening bags and an array of gift items.
