Tai Chi Exercise for beginners
Find balance, relieve stress, and build vitality with Tai Chi. Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve blood circulation, increase your energy level, improve your immune system and reduce stress. Tai Chi is recognized by the American Arthritis Foundation and the CDC for improving balance. The class is taught by Certified Instructor Xiaobo Huang LaPresta. Walk-ins are welcome. For ages 16 and up.
