Happenings for Seniors:
Adults 55 and up gather monthly for a time of music, inspirational speakers, and outreach projects that happen locally or within the Pittsburgh community. Occasional social activities are also planned for those who wish to participate.

Ballroom Dancing at Orchard Hill
Certified Instructor Bobby D teaches waltz, swing, cha cha and more. Come for the entire evening or just join in for Social Dancing in a Gym that has been transformed into a festive ballroom.Walk-ins Welcome.
1st and 3rd Fridays, January 5 – June 1
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Beginner Dance Lesson)
8:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Social Dancing)
$10 per person at the door
Health and Fitness:
Tai Chi Exercise for Exercise
Find balance, relieve stress, and build vitality with this class taught by instructor Xiaobo Huang LaPresta. Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve blood circulation, increase energy, and improve your immune system. Tai Chi Sword combines the styles and characteristics of both Tai Chi exercise and sword play. Relax, stretch, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility through Tai Chi.Walk-ins Welcome. For ages 16 and up.

*Please Note: Tai Chi will not meet on March 31
$7 per class or save with a Tai Chi Fitness Pass.
Enjoy great community with a pick-up game of volleyball, for anyone ages 16 and up. Players are divided into teams each evening. All skill levels welcome, no prior experience necessary. Walk-ins Welcome.

Enjoy a weekly pick up game of indoor soccer. Regardless of your skill level, connect with others while having fun and enjoying healthy competition. Walk-ins welcome! For ages 16 and up.
