I Made It! Market
— I Made It! Market, Pittsburgh’s nomadic indie craft marketplace, is traveling to the North Hills this holiday season to spread the locally-crafted holiday cheer. There are two markets popping up in the North this year: I Made It! at The Block Northway on December 10 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and I Made It! at Cranberry Commons on December 16 also from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Block Northway market coincides with the shopping mall’s Walk the Block event that features music and giveaways throughout the complex. Over 60 artists will take over two floors within the main complex so shoppers can buy handcrafted items for everyone on their list.
The Cranberry Commons event will be held in the former H.H. Gregg space and will also feature over 60 artists including vendors from Farm to Table Pittsburgh. This will be I Made It! Market’s first Cranberry market.
Shoppers can peruse over 100 makers selling handcrafted wares throughout the two events from candles to cutting boards to ceramics. I Made It! for the Holidays has been popping up in Pittsburgh for over 10 years and has started to expand into the Northern regions to provide more opportunities for shoppers looking to support local and handmade. Shoppers not only have access to unique, artisan goods but also meet the makers who craft the wares.
These marketplaces are perfect for anyone looking to give unique, artisan gifts to loved ones this holiday season. Items featured include: ceramics, fiber arts, jewelry, kids’ items, housewares, clothing, illustrations and more. A listing of all artists can be found at imadeitmarket.com and on I Made It’s Facebook event pages.Visit Event Website for More Info
