Western Pa Mushroom Club Annual Foray
This year’s program will be a full-day event, with guest mycologist and author Gary Lincoff, along with Robert Chang, Managing Director and Chief Truffle Officer of the American Truffle Company. Chef George Harris will be our guest chef for the cooking demo.
The day will include guided walks, mushroom identification tables, cooking demo, sales table, vendors, author’s book signing/Meet & Greet, auction and Mushroom Feast. All is included in the price of admission: WPMC members $35, non-members $55 (includes membership through December 2018).
