Tai Chi Exercise for Exercise Find balance, relieve stress, and build vitality with this class taught by instructor Xiaobo Huang LaPresta. Experience movements with breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body, improve blood circulation, increase energy, and improve your immune system. Tai Chi Sword combines the styles and characteristics of both Tai Chi exercise and sword play. Relax, stretch, tone, strengthen, increase flexibility through Tai Chi.Walk-ins Welcome. For ages 16 and up. Saturdays, April 1 – June 24* 10:45 am – 12:00 pm Please Note: Tai Chi will not meet on April 15 and May 20 2. Recovery for Parents of Addicts This group study is for parents of adult children who are struggling through the difficulty of addiction. Through the support of others, learn biblical boundaries and coping skills that will produce hope and healing for struggling parents. Thursdays 7:00 - 9:00 pm Kidzburgh, K-1 Room Childcare is available, $5 suggested weekly donation 3. Recovery from Addiction Does money, work, power, alcohol, drugs, relationships or activities dominate your thinking, your emotions, or your actions? If so, these may represent addictions or dependencies. Unhealthy dependencies must be addressed because they hold the potential to shift your life dangerously out of balance Thursdays 7:00 - 9:00 pm Kidzburgh, 4th-5th Grade Room Childcare is available, $5 suggested weekly donation 4. Recovery from Codependncy Find support with others to transform brokenness, heal emotional damage from the past, and mend shattered relationships. If you are working through a relationship with an addict, combine recovery and spitiruality to work through this twelve-step program. Thursdays 7:00 - 9:00 pm Kidzburgh, 3 Year Old Room Childcare is available, $5 suggested weekly donation.
