Pittsburgh was bursting with pride the weekend of June 8, as thousands of people gathered in the streets and at different events around town to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. The 2019 Pittsburgh Pride Equality March brought out the largest crowds in the city’s history, and marchers also joined the third annual People’s Pride 2K19, focused on the celebration and inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ communities of Pittsburgh.

Special events will continue in upcoming months, including:

Sun., July 7:  Tailgate and Pirates Pride Day

July 24-28:  Pittsburgh Black Pride Week

Sat., Aug. 17:  Trans Community Picnic at North Park Lodge

Sat., Sept. 7:  Riverhounds Third Annual Night Out

Fri., Sept. 27:  TransPride Conference
