Pittsburgh Mercy Health System (PMHS) is a faith-based healthcare system encompassing two acute care campuses, five outpatient centers, 50 behavioral health locations, 750 physicians and 5,000 associates. Located in the heart of Pittsburgh, their tradition of quality and compassionate care began in 1847 when the Sisters of Mercy established Mercy Hospital, not only the first hospital in Pittsburgh but the first Mercy Hospital in the world.
